Some medical facts i learned today from a chat session with a friend:

Regular exercise can slow down a child's growth. Sports is something that should be cultivated into a habit between 18-30yrs old. Children should not do too much sports.
They are still growing. The growing body don't like shock to the system.

Milk is very important. People who don't drink milk from young tend to be smaller than they should. They would have been much taller.
